Artist's Statement:

Susan Hong-Sammons’ artistry exemplifies the beauty in Impressionistic Realism.  She is most captivated to paint what she sees in her everyday life.  She enjoys bringing to attention places and objects which have become overlooked.  Her mastery in creating jewel-toned layers in her oil paintings has earned her exhibitions internationally as well as won national awards and grants; exhibitions have included –
